Shipping Policy
All orders shall be shipped first-class mail within 3-5 business days of placing an order.
Refund Policy
No refunds shall be given. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis where replacements may be provided at the discretion of the That’s My Beeswax team.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Cancellations: Must be made by the purchaser within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations shall not be honored.
Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted.
